This is a full-time on-site position for a Process Engineer in the Optical Coating and Crystal Polishing Department at Raicol Crystals, located in Rosh HaAyin. The responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, operating advanced machinery and equipment, ensuring process efficiency, maintaining product quality, and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and ensure adherence to strict quality standards will also be key aspects of the role.

• Experience with process engineering, manufacturing operations, or working in a production environment
• Technical knowledge of optical coatings, crystal polishing, or related advanced manufacturing technologies
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and process optimization skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools for process monitoring and improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality assurance methodologies is an advantage
