Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kiryat Gat for a skilled Project Manager and Digital Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects while ensuring efficient use of resources, timely delivery, and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement: from presale consultations through system specification and successful deployment.
• Manage complex digital transformation and CCM projects across multiple enterprise environments.
• Write detailed functional and technical specification documents aligned with client requirements.
• Conduct ongoing status meetings, monitor client satisfaction, and initiate retention and upgrade activities.
• Drive digital innovation: identify customer needs, initiate new projects, and implement advanced solutions.
• Prepare training materials and deliver hands-on training sessions to clients on implemented systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing digital projects.
• Proven experience in writing specifications and presenting solutions to clients.
• Practical understanding and experience with web technologies – JavaScript, React, CSS, HTML (an advantage).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree or Practical Engineering diploma in a computer-related field – mandatory.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex interfaces.
• PMP / PMI certification – significant advantage.
• Strong business mindset and understanding of organizational processes.
