Macro Trading Intern / Execution Analyst

This role is for someone who can thrive in a demanding environment managing very significant position sizes, and make decisions grounded in deep understanding, absolute focus, and stability under pressure.

About the role:
Direct, day-to-day work alongside me on a complex trading activity covering rates, macro, derivatives, and FX.
The exposure is rare and high-level: real-time decomposition of market dynamics, deep analysis of curves, dislocations and liquidity, and the use of advanced AI tools to support decision-making.

Key responsibilities:
• Precise analysis of rates markets, futures, and FX swaps
• Identifying anomalies and subtle market moves in real time
• Building models, simulations, and risk scenarios
• Integrating AI and automation tools into the trading workflow
• Flawless operational support for large positions and active trading desks

Mandatory requirements:
• Proven excellence in mathematics and analytical thinking
• Sharp personality combined with meticulous accuracy
• Full proficiency in Excel
• High-level English
• Basic understanding of macro, rates, and derivatives — an advantage
• Strong advantage: Python, AI, algorithmic thinking, quantitative background, engineering profile
