We’re looking for a hands-on Python + Django Team Lead to join a leading telecom company in a highly technological environment.
What you’ll do- Lead a development team (no previous managerial experience required – only leadership skills and ownership)
- Develop backend features in complex, distributed systems
- Work with Python, Django, React, Docker, Linux, Redis, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL
- Improve and maintain legacy code and drive refactoring processes
- 7+ years of experience with Python & Django – must
- Strong knowledge of React – must
- Extensive backend development experience – must
- Experience with Docker & Linux – must
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL
- Advantage: Redis, RabbitMQ, MS SQL, .NET legacy code
- Proactive mindset, independence, and strong system understanding
