Now, we’re looking for a PPC / User Acquisition Manager - a data-driven, creative thinker who’s ready to take full ownership of growth, performance, and results.

About the RoleYou’ll manage large-scale paid campaigns for the U.S. market - leading strategy, creative direction, and optimization.
Your mission: drive user acquisition, improve ROI and retention, and scale Upstep’s growth.
What You’ll Do- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft.
- Lead creative strategy - from concept to ad copy and visuals.
- Run A/B tests and track performance to hit ROAS targets.
- Oversee SEO initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally for full-funnel impact.
- Stay ahead of trends, tools, and AI innovations in performance marketing.
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience for B2C/eCommerce brands in the U.S. market
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
- Creative mindset and ability to craft or guide ad concepts.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and AI tools.
- Excellent English and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business - advantage.
