A leading AgriTech company in Israel is searching for an experienced SAP PP & QM Implementer to join its Center of Excellence (COE).

This team plays a strategic role, driving the global rollout of SAP S/4HANA across all regions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Global Template Governance - Ensure the integrity of the Global Template (GT) by minimizing deviations from approved Business Process Documents (BPDs) during global implementations.
• Design & Implementation - Lead the design, configuration, and customization of SAP PP & QM.
• Prepare functional specifications, develop test cases, and execute testing to guarantee high-quality delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with technical teams (DEV), multi-functional streams, and regional counterparts worldwide to integrate and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Continuous Improvement- Initiate and lead internal projects focused on optimizing and expanding S/4HANA capabilities.
• Support & Knowledge Transfer- Manage change requests and critical incidents, while equipping local support teams with the knowledge needed for long-term operational success.

What You Need to Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PP & QM, including participation in at least one full-cycle implementation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to translate complex requirements into SAP configurations and technical specs.
• Technical fluency in SAP (ABAP basics, debugging, enhancements, dictionary objects).
• Experience with external system integrations and maintaining holistic architectural views.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills—critical for leading global workshops and teams.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Big Advantage: Direct experience with S/4HANA.
