Role Description

This is a part time hybrid role for an Intellectual Property Manager, based in Yokneam Ilit with opportunities for partial remote work. The Intellectual Property Manager will oversee all aspects of intellectual property management, including patent preparation, filing, and prosecution. Responsibilities include conducting patentability assessments, coordinating with external counsel, and collaborating with the R&D team to identify protectable innovations. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the intellectual property portfolio, ensuring compliance with relevant patent laws, and developing strategies to protect intellectual assets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Patent Preparation and Patentability assessment
• In-depth knowledge of Patent Law and Intellectual Property management
• Experience collaborating with Research and Development (R&D) teams to identify innovative IP opportunities
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with global intellectual property regulations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science, or Law; advanced degree preferred
