Production File Manager (PCB)

Production File Manager (PCB) | Yehud | IAI – Missiles & Space Division

We are looking for a Production File Manager (PCB) to join the Engineering & Systems Plant at the Missiles & Space Division and take part in a key role preparing complete manufacturing files for complex printed circuit boards.

The position includes:

• Full ownership of preparing complete production documentation (PCB) — from receiving engineering files to generating final manufacturing outputs

• Serving as the focal point between R&D, production, and internal QA: performing DFM/DFT checks, identifying errors, and supporting correction processes

• Ensuring compliance with electrical, mechanical, and technological manufacturing requirements

• Creating final Production Files, including documents, specifications, diagrams, drawings, and all manufacturing deliverables for supplier approval

• Ongoing communication with PCB manufacturers and assembly houses regarding production requirements, deviations, and improvements

What we are looking for:

• Practical Engineer in Electronics / Mechatronics- required

• Minimum 2 years of experience with IPC standards, DFM, DFA - required

• Strong understanding of layer structures, controlled impedance, and PCB raw materials - required

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

• Good technical English
