Information Technology Application Support

MSC Israel is looking for Application Support Specialist to join our team!

As a key part of our support team, you’ll play a crucial role in empowering end users through support, guidance, and system enhancements. You'll work closely with our global IT teams and business departments to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing support and training for operational systems to end users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or through software vendors.

- Analyze needs and implement system developments.

- Write user manuals and process documentation.

- Streamlining user work by improving processes.

Requirements:

- Strong self-learning ability and a proactive mindset.

- High-level service orientation and communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

- Fluent English (both written and spoken) - must.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Excellent analytical and logical thinking.

- Proficiency in Office365, especially Excel.

- SQL.

- Experience in BI tools – Power BI is an advantage.

- Previous experience in IT support for end users – advantage.

- Ability to perform QA and system characterization.

Education & Advantageous Skills:

- ERP systems knowledge.

- Office365.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science – advantage.

- Experience in shipping/logistics – advantage.
