The Role

As an Operations Manager, you will be part of the Operations team for the Acquisitions (Sales) Department. You will monitor and track leads in the CRM system, analyze ARVs, identify errors and gaps, and maintain effective communication with the sales team. Leverage your leadership and social skills and analytical abilities and take an integral part of maximizing the team's productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM System Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and accuracy to support seamless sales operations.
- Administrative Coordination: Handle essential tasks such as processing orders, managing documentation, and maintaining sales records to ensure operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Work collaboratively with different departments to optimize sales workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance overall productivity.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports, analyze key performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to support sales strategies.
- Global Team Coordination: Partner with international sales teams to align processes, share best practices, and facilitate seamless communication across regions.
- Sales Distribution Management: Assist in managing the allocation and distribution of sales leads and opportunities, ensuring an equitable and strategic approach to maximize deal closures and revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Available to work 4 shifts weekly, and once during the weekend.
- Active student- Industrial engineering, Management, Economics or similar.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms; CRM experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across various departments.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to adapt quickly and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Working hours/Location (3-4 shifts weekly):
- Sunday-Thursday- 17:00-01:00 / 19:00-03:00- From the office located in Hamelacha street Tel-Aviv
- Friday/Saturday - 17:00-01:00 / 19:00-03:00- From Home (changing from week to week)
