Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled QA Automation with a strong focus on Automation and AI tools. This is a full-development role that involves end-to-end responsibility, including development and testing.

You will be joining the QA/Automation team, working directly under and collaborating closely with the QA Lead. Your primary mission will be to drive the transition of our regression testing suite to full automation while ensuring the continuous maintenance and robustness of our testing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Development: Lead and execute the project for converting existing manual regression test cases into a fully automated suite.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure the continuous health, stability, and proper maintenance of the QA/Automation infrastructure.
• Full-Cycle Development: Participate in the full development lifecycle, including feature development (primarily backend), testing, and deployment.
• AI Tool Integration: Actively research, evaluate, and integrate AI-based tools into the development and testing workflows to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Collaboration & Mentoring: Work closely with the QA Lead and R&D team (Assaf is the R&D project owner) to align testing efforts with development goals, and actively engage in knowledge transfer to colleagues.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in software development and/or automation.
• Backend Expertise: Strong programming skills in Java (required) and familiarity with Python (advantage).
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS microservices environment.
• Web Technologies: Experience with WEB development standards.
• Note: Our UI is browser-based, utilizing Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• FE Exposure: Working knowledge of React and Node.js (used for some Frontend components).
• Salesforce: Strong understanding or proven experience working extensively with Salesforce technologies and the platform's development ecosystem.
