Senior DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer for on-prem Video Surveillance

We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced a founding/senior DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer, with experience in on-prem, distributed systems of video analytics/surveillance technologies, to own and scale our production backbone across cloud and on-prem environments globally.

• Own and manage infrastructure end-to-end
• Create and maintain different environments
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment flows
• Lead and execute offline deployments on customer sites
• Deploy systems across multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure)
• Manage and scale internal company models and services
• Develop automation and infrastructure services to support engineering velocity

• Python - Automation scripting and infra management
• Kubernetes - Container orchestration and cluster management at scale
• Jenkins - CI/CD pipeline configuration and deployment automation
• Ollama / vLLM - local LLM deployment and management
• NVIDIA Operator - GPU resource management in Kubernetes (time slicing & GPU partitioning)
• Proven experience in video stream processing - streaming protocols, media workflows
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure management - distributed systems and HA setups
• FFmpeg - video encoding, transcoding, media processing
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure
• SeaweedFS - distributed file system and storage management
• On-Prem Deployment - hardware provisioning, bare-metal system management

• Background in computer vision or MLOps
• Familiarity with MediaMTX
• Military/defense background (advantage)

• Build a global infrastructure that powers mission-critical video intelligence
• Own massive deployments across ports, cities, and strategic assets worldwide
