Requirements:

• You're based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, CA (in-person required, relocation support available within the US)
• You have US work authorization
• You're obsessed with TikTok and understand short-form platform mechanics and trends
• You have expertise in audience retention, pacing, and platform-specific editing
• You're skilled in content repurposing and understand what makes videos viral
• You have experience editing comedy, entertainment, challenges, and scripted content
• You have a track record of creating fast-paced, engaging short-form content
• You're a self-starter who can make creative decisions independently
• You're detail-oriented and can deliver upload-ready content without requiring feedback

Responsibilities:

• Edit 2 TikToks per week that consistently hit 8M+ views within 30 days
• Transform raw footage into best-in-class viral short-form content
• Make final creative decisions on pacing, cuts, sound, effects, and style
• Deliver upload-ready videos without requiring notes, feedback, or revisions
• Stay ahead of short-form trends and platform algorithm changes
• Complete a 3-month training period including test edits and creative alignment
• Maintain consistent weekly deadlines and quality standards
• Exercise full creative autonomy once trained

This role comes with final cut authority—you decide when a video is done. You'll have complete creative control and the responsibility to deliver content that doesn't need approval. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to be the best editor in the world and work with a small, championship-level team that prioritizes excellence.

Compensation: Starting at $75k/year
