Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced hi-tech environment. The role focuses on delivering complex, customer-facing and internal projects on time and with high quality, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning and execution for multiple initiatives in parallel
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, timelines and success metrics
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, including resources, dependencies and risks
• Coordinate between Product, R&D, QA, DevOps, Design, Sales and Customer Success
• Drive execution: run stand-ups, syncs, and status meetings; track progress and remove blockers
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, risks, and changes in priorities
• Manage risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and escalate when needed
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and timelines
• Support release planning and go-to-market activities for new features or products
• Continuously improve delivery processes, tools and best practices (Agile / Scrum / Kanban)

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the hi-tech / software industry
• Hands-on experience leading projects in a SaaS / cloud-based environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday.com, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

• Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal
• Experience working closely with Product Management and R&D teams
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise customers, or customer implementation projects
• Technical background or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
• Experience in international/global companies and working across time zones
