Attorney Support Specialist (FTC)

We are seeking an Attorney Support Specialist to join our team on a fixed 12-month contract and play a key role in enabling our lawyers to work efficiently and effectively. This position is part of a global support team and involves providing high-quality administrative assistance through a real-time ticketing system (ServiceNow). The role is based in Tel Aviv and may offer a hybrid work schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily tasks including time entry, expense reimbursements, scheduling and calendaring, document management and edits, and coordinating travel.
• Quickly learn internal systems and workflows to offer practical, innovative solutions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all firm and client information.
• Contribute positively to team culture by demonstrating strong collaboration and professionalism.
