Senior Software Engineer

We are hiring Senior Software Engineer leaders to join the core founding team at our newly funded seed-stage AI security startup.

If you are excited about the rise of intelligent and agentic AI and want to shape how enterprises adopt it safely, this is a rare chance to build from zero, influence architecture, and leave your signature on a first-of-its-kind platform.

What you will lead

• Ownership of v0 to v1 across core systems, APIs, and pipelines. You will design, build, and deliver product in fast cycles.

• Build with modern technologies while shaping fundamental architectural choices.

• Lead engineering standards, design reviews, and deep technical problem solving.

• Security by design. Threat modeling, secure defaults, visibility, and resilience will be part of the product itself.

• Full operational ownership. CI, IaC, observability, delivery, and early reliability posture.

• Work directly with customers and design partners to close feedback loops quickly.

• Partner with us on recruiting and culture. You will help build the team from day one.

What makes you a fit

• 8 plus years of building production software, including recent Tech Lead, Staff, or Principal level ownership.

• Strong systems thinking and product mindset. You know how to balance correctness, speed, and risk at a seed stage.

• Proficiency across modern cloud environments, containers, delivery pipelines, and observability.

• Comfortable working across the stack and across the company. You learn fast, move fast, and wear multiple hats.

• Mission oriented, curious, and motivated by building real value in short cycles.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling systems and designing for reliability.

• Security engineering background in identity, cloud posture, detection, response, or hardened pipelines.

• Experience applying or building with AI or ML.

• Previous early stage startup or greenfield architecture leadership.

• Data and telemetry experience.
