We are looking for a motivated, creative, and organized Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our social media presence, manage sales processes, and help scale our business.

🔹 ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Social Media

• Manage and grow our LinkedIn and Instagram pages
• Create daily content (posts, stories, announcements, updates)
• Build collaborations with partners, influencers, and relevant communities
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Monitor engagement and analyze performance

Sales & Lead Generation

• Create and manage a pre-sale process: lead nurturing, qualification, and preparation for demo
• Schedule and coordinate demo presentations
• Handle the full end-to-end sales cycle
• Build relationships with potential clients and partners
• Track leads and maintain

🔹 Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn & Instagram content creation
• Experience with sales processes, customer engagement, or lead generation
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• English proficiency

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing
• Knowledge of AI / fintech (not mandatory but helpful)
• Familiarity with CRM/IT systems
