Senior Software Engineer

On behalf of our client, a new startup focused on AI-powered, multi-disciplinary product in the recycling space, we are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong product mindset. This is the first senior hire, owning the product end-to-end and leading all development initiatives.

Responsibilities

 • Take full ownership of the codebase, architecture, and product roadmap

 • Lead feature planning, implementation and product decisions

 • Deliver across web and mobile platforms

 • Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment tasks on Azure

 • Manage and mentor a junior developer and guide future team members as the team grows

 • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Requirements

 • Senior developer with 6+ years hands-on experience in React, Node.js (NestJS a plus), and Flutter

 • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis

 • Experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure

 • Microservices architecture experience

 • Strong product orientation; takes initiative and full ownership

 • Able to make independent product and technical decisions

 • A plus: Experience in fintech, digital wallets, or AI-driven products

Compensation: NIS 28K p/m
