Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full renewal lifecycle for MDR, Managed Services, and Professional Services, ensuring high on-time renewal rates and predictable forecasting.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, conducting proactive outreach to ensure satisfaction, address service gaps, and reinforce value delivered through ongoing services.
- Identify expansion and upgrade opportunities (e.g., MDR → MXDR, add-on professional services, assessments), collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success.
- Prepare renewal proposals and negotiate terms, handling objections while maintaining pricing integrity, discount guidelines, and required internal approvals.
- Ensure accurate CRM and pipeline management, keeping renewal data, timelines, and risk indicators up to date.
- Work cross-functionally with Service Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Product to ensure smooth execution, customer alignment, and issue resolution.
- Analyze customer usage and renewal trends to reduce churn, improve retention, and support continuous improvement of service offerings.
- 5-8+ years of experience in renewals, account management, inside sales, or customer success; cybersecurity or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Advantage - Understanding of cybersecurity services, especially MDR/SOC operations, managed services, and professional services delivery models.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage renewal pipelines, and communicate value to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple renewal cycles simultaneously and accurately forecast outcomes.
- Customer-focused mindset, with strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence customer decision-making.
- Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
