Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft System Engineer. The Microsoft System Engineer will be responsible for managing the group EXCHANGE SERVER , providing technical support, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange and AD (several DC's) environments, and troubleshooting various IT infrastructure issues. The role requires collaboration with IT teams to ensure seamless system operations and the delivery of top-tier technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in System Engineer and Troubleshooting of IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Experience with Information Technology systems and networking concepts
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Exchange installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or similar are advantageous
