Senior Consultant

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Consultant to join our Financial Services Strategy & Consulting team - someone who combines strategic depth with operational precision, and who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation. The ideal candidate brings a multi-disciplinary perspective, the ability to structure complex problems, and genuine passion for digital transformation and the evolution of financial services.

You are someone who enjoys understanding how banks and insurers operate, identifying where technology can change the game, and helping clients bring that vision to life. You should be comfortable leading discussions with senior executives, working cross-functionally, and guiding teams through demanding, high-stakes engagements. We’re looking for consultants who can move fluently between the big picture and the details, communicate with clarity, and drive results in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

About the Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you will work on strategic and digital transformation initiatives for leading financial institutions.

You’ll be responsible for structuring and delivering high-impact workstreams, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Your work will shape digital strategies, customer journeys, and operating models that redefine how financial organizations compete and grow.

Requirements:

•Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

•Experience: 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or digital transformation – preferably within the financial sector (banking, insurance, fintech).

•Technical Orientation: Deep understanding of digital, AI, and data trends; ability to translate them into business value.

•Analytical Tools: Solid proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint (structured presentation building) is required.

•Skills: Leadership, client management, analytical and conceptual thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

•English: Fluent (minimum requirement)
