One of Israel’s leading nursing- care organizations is looking for a Senior Salesforce Implementer to join our core IT systems team.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for Salesforce processes, close collaboration with development and QA teams, and direct work with internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements and writing specifications and User Stories
• Implementing and configuring Salesforce processes
• Managing sub-projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Supporting users during testing, go-live, and daily operations
• Working with ALM tools (Azure DevOps Server)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Experience with Azure DevOps Server or similar tools
• Experience working directly with users and customers
• Availability for occasional after-hours work
• Advantage: additional Salesforce certifications, healthcare/elder-care sector experience, solution design background, academic degree
