Hiring: Antenna Engineer

for a Leading Defense Organization in south Israel

We are looking for an Antenna Engineer to join an advanced development group working on cutting-edge antenna and radome technologies. This role includes full ownership of development processes—from initial requirements to delivery of final products to customers.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of various antenna and radome systems, from requirements through research, design, testing, and delivery.
• Perform initial and advanced electromagnetic design of antennas and radomes.
• Analyze antenna performance on different platforms and evaluate environmental effects on system behavior.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs, provide technical responses, and support throughout development and post-delivery.
• Use advanced simulation and analysis tools: CST, HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, TICRA.
• Manage development activities, meet project milestones, and participate in design reviews and delivery stages.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Physics – must.
• Specialization in wave propagation / electromagnetics – must.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in antenna development – must.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in electromagnetics or antenna engineering – advantage.
• Strong command of English (spoken, reading, and writing).
