Remotion is a specialist LinkedIn Ads agency for B2B tech companies.
We work with SaaS and cybersecurity brands around the world to help them build their brand, generate demand, and create pipeline with LinkedIn Ads.
We are a small, high performing, remote team that cares about doing great work, without drama or bureaucracy.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Part-time Finance Manager who can take full ownership of our day-to-day finance operations.
You will be the person who makes sure money flows in, bills are paid on time, the books are clean, and we have a clear picture of profitability by client and by employee.
This is not a big corporate role. It is a practical, owner-friendly position where you work directly with the founder and have a lot of autonomy.
What you will own
- Invoicing and collections
- Preparing and sending client invoices
- Following up on unpaid invoices
- Communicating with clients’ finance teams regarding billing, PO numbers, and payment terms
- Payments and banking
- Preparing and scheduling vendor and contractor payments
- Liaising with the bank on operational issues (limits, transfers, foreign currency, etc.)
- Keeping track of cash flow and upcoming obligations
- Bookkeeping and records
- Making sure all transactions are properly recorded in our accounting / bookkeeping system
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements
- Working with our external accountant as needed (VAT, tax filings, salary files, etc.)
- Profitability tracking and reporting
- Tracking revenue and costs by client and by employee
- Creating simple monthly reports that show profitability and key metrics
- Flagging issues or trends that need attention
How the workload looks
- Heavier in the first week of each month
- Typically 3–4 hours per day while invoices are going out and the previous month is being closed
- Lighter the rest of the month
- Typically 1–2 hours per day for collections, payments, and updates
We estimate 50–60 hours per month on average, but we are looking for someone who has capacity of up to 90 hours per month if things get busier.
About you
- You have solid experience in bookkeeping and finance operations for small or medium businesses
- Comfortable owning invoicing, payments, and communication with finance teams and banks
- Strong attention to detail and very high standards. Numbers are right, or they do not go out
- You are organized, reliable, and good at following and improving processes
- Comfortable working independently, checking in with the founder when decisions are needed
- Very good Hebrew and English, as all internal communication is done in English.
- Experience with international agencies, SaaS companies, or professional services is a plus
- Experience with tools like Green Invoice, or similar is a plus
