At the same time, we are building our Customer Success unit from the ground up—a team dedicated to supporting our clients across every channel and touchpoint. Our mission is to deliver an end-to-end experience that goes above and beyond expectations, combining personal, human-centered service with the efficiency and scale of cutting-edge technology.
We are seeking a Customer Success Operations Specialist with a strong focus on automations and data, who will play a key role in shaping our service operations alongside our Senior Ops Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our Customer Success team while taking ownership of automation workflows, reporting, and analytics helping us build scalable processes, deliver meaningful insights, and ensure that every customer interaction is seamless, efficient, and impactful.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or CX Operations (experience in startup or fast-growth environments is a strong plus).
- Previous experience in B2C customer service – must.
- Hands-on experience with CS tools such as Intercom or Zendesk, and familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong skills in automation tools (Make, Zapier, webhooks) with the ability to build and maintain workflows that improve efficiency.
- Analytical mindset with proven experience in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude) – SQL is a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer success data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to support customer success goals.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to take on a hybrid role that combines direct customer support with being the team’s go-to person for automations and data.
- Service-oriented, detail-focused, and motivated to contribute both to hands-on CS work and to building scalable processes and infrastructure.
