About the Role

As a Sales & Customer Success Representative, you will manage the entire customer journey — from the first interaction to post-purchase support.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and sales conversations (phone / WhatsApp)
• Deliver live product demonstrations and close deals
• Track orders, deliveries, and installations
• Provide post-purchase support and customer guidance
• Maintain data in CRM systems (Shopify / Notion / Omnisend)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in phone or in-person sales — mandatory
• Hebrew and strong English proficiency
• Bachelor’s student (Business / Marketing – advantage)
• Familiarity with digital tools (Shopify, Notion, CRM systems)
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and organization
• Passion for AI, fitness, and innovative technology
• Availability for 20–25 hours per week
• Freelancer status (Exempt / Authorized Dealer) required
