Provide first and second-level technical support for emp - loyeesHandle day-to-day global IT service desk operations, including hardware and software setup, account troubleshooting, and end-user s
- upportManage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including IT equipment provisioning, SSO setup, and license assi
- gnmentAdminister user accounts, passwords, security policies, and backup s
- ystemsTroubleshoot and resolve client-side networking and connectivity issues (e.g., VPN, video confere
- ncing)Provide support for peripheral hardware including printers, docking stations, monitors, and external d
- evicesSupport infrastructure projects and digital applications tickets - 1st tier support, and manage Windows-based end
- pointsServe as the primary technical contact for shore-based office
