Role Overview:

We are seeking an in-house creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube (shorts). The ideal candidate creates a structured content plan, produces impactful visual and written content (not only video), and understands how platform algorithms work to grow reach, engagement, and followers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic multi-platform content plan aligned with organizational priorities and campaigns.

• Create regular posts (carousels, quote cards, infographics, text posts, announcements) and short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

• Write strong, on-message copy for captions and calls-to-action; ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity.

• Edit and produce video content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Premiere Rush or similar.

• Design static and motion graphics for education, advocacy, events, and community updates.

• Track analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and continuously optimize based on performance and trends.

• Monitor and engage with the community (comments, mentions, DMs) to nurture a supportive and informed audience.

• Collaborate with legal, communications, and project teams to translate complex topics into clear, accessible storytelling.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years managing social media accounts for NGOs, advocacy, public sector, or mission-driven organizations.

• Strong copywriting and the ability to communicate complex topics with clarity and emotional impact.

• Proven experience producing both video content and regular static/graphic posts.

• Proficiency with social media creative tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Figma or equivalents).

• Solid understanding of social media algorithms: what drives reach, virality, and sustained follower growth.

• Ability to plan and maintain content calendars; manage multiple platforms independently.

• Native-level English; Hebrew is an advantage.
