Founded in 1990 with an initial collection of handbags, the brand has expanded to include a wide variety of bags, purses, wallets, belts, and a recognized line of shoes. With a team of over 60 professionals across design, manufacturing, sales, and marketing, Daniella Lehavi’s products are sold in over 150 boutiques in the USA and Canada, and in the brand’s 8 retail locations around Israel.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing acivities and team, develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth, and manage digital marketing initiatives and content. The role also includes analyzing market trends, creating promotional materials, managing social media, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the brand's voice aligns with its heritage and vision, both in Israel and in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic marketing, brand development, and campaign management
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including social media management, content creation, and analytics
• Strong communication, Writing, and Content Strategy skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Knowledge of the fashion, retail, or luxury goods industry is an advantage
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hebrew or other languages is a plus
