Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in the fast-evolving field of cybersecurity.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in coordinating client engagements, project management, supporting consultants, and ensuring the smooth delivery of cybersecurity and compliance projects and services. You’ll be exposed to various cybersecurity and privacy compliance topics and learn how to navigate global standards and regulations, including ISO, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, Israeli Privacy Law, AI, and more.

Key Responsibilities

·      Support the planning, execution, and tracking of cybersecurity and compliance projects

·      Coordinate tasks among consultants and managers, track timelines, and monitor capacity

·      Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and client deliverables

·      Manage onboarding processes, including collecting required client information

·      Maintain organized documentation across company repositories and shared drives

·      Oversee procurement and assist with coordinating technical implementation efforts

·      Prepare monthly status reports and project updates for clients

·      Identify opportunities to optimize internal workflows, methodologies, and processes

Required Qualifications

·      At least 1 year of experience managing tasks or other coordination fields

·      Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills and keen attention to detail

·      Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment

·      Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

·      Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

·      Familiarity with ISO 27001, GRC frameworks

·      Attendance in cybersecurity courses and training

·      Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
