Business Finance Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Business Finance Operations Specialist to join our Workspace Security Division and play a key role in managing and optimizing the division’s financial and operational processes.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize commission and quota processes for over 300 employees across the division.
• Ensure accurate data reconciliation across systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Anaplan (Exceed).
• Act as the main point of contact between quota carriers, managers, and corporate teams (Finance, Commissions, Sales Ops, Order Management).
• Track budgets, expenses, and KPIs to support divisional planning and reporting.
• Partner with Procurement and Travel teams to enforce SLAs and resolve operational issues.
• Provide management with financial and operational insights through analysis and reporting.
• Develop documentation, dashboards, and processes to improve efficiency and visibility.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration (or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Sales Operations, Compensation Operations, or FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills – data analysis, modeling, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan/Exceed, Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI – strong advantage.
• Analytical thinker with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive.
