Partner Programs Operations Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Partner Programs Operations Specialist to join our Partner Programs Operations team. We need someone who has a passion for optimizing sales processes and enhancing sales performance. You should have a desire to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in sales operations and administration to support the sales team in achieving their goals. You will be responsible for managing budgets and sales data, reviewing marketing plans, generating reports and providing technical support and enablement to the field.

Major Responsibilities

• Review and monitor vendor invoices, work closely with accounting to streamline payments to vendors.
• Maintenance of system database, support users such sales managers, partners and field by providing training and technical assistance.
• Work with sales managers, business leaders and other teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives.
• Gain experience with CRM systems, develop reports and supporting tools and have a great opportunity to grow and create impact.
• Design, build, and manage our Partner Programs operations processes in order to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Desired Background

• Sales Operations expert with 2+ years of experience in a similar role using CRM systems.
• Great with data analysis and reporting, details oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• A problem solver, capable of finding creative solutions and getting things done.
• Great organization and communication skills.
• Fluent in Microsoft Excel.
