leading financial organization is seeking a Digital Product Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager in the trading domain, who will be responsible for:

• Defining the digital product roadmap for the trading ecosystem
• Working collaboratively within a team and maintaining close cooperation with other Digital Product Managers
• Analyzing customer needs and writing detailed business requirements (PRD)
• Leading complex digital initiatives and systems while working with various bank interfaces (development, legal, compliance, etc.)
• Collaborating with design agencies
• Ongoing monitoring, measurement, and performance tracking of the products under the Product Manager’s responsibility

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with Mobile and Web platforms, with a strong emphasis on capital markets and trading applications (minimum 2 years) – must
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication, and proven ability to work in a team – must
• Creativity, strong system-wide vision, cross-functional collaboration skills, and independent work capabilities – must
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles (not design skills, but solid conceptual understanding) – must
• Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Glassbox, including data analysis and deriving insights – advantage
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications – advantage
• Understanding of microcopy – advantage
• Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira – advantage
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new topics and tasks – advantage
