Senior Clinical Project Manager

Restore Medical, a leading medical device company developing a revolutionary implant for the treatment of heart failure is seeking a talented and motivated clinical manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager with background in medical devices to lead global clinical trial execution in the cardiology/heart-failure space. In this role, you will oversee study operations end-to-end — from planning and site engagement to vendor oversight and recruitment performance — ensuring trials run efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

You will serve as the primary point of contact; manage trial timelines and milestones; conduct co-monitoring and motivational visits; support device implant procedures; and ensure high-quality study documentation in alignment with applicable standards. You will act as data manager overseeing data review and integrity as well as database workflows. Close collaboration with Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D is essential.

We are looking for someone with:

• 6–8+ years of multinational clinical trial management experience (Europe and US)
• Mandatory medical device industry experience (Class III medical device experience a strong plus)
• Pharma or CRO background a plus
• Very proficient English (written & spoken)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Traveling ~ 10%
