IT Change Manager

*** IT Change Manager - 12 months + ext. - Remote ***

On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for an IT Change Manager to join them on an initial 12 months contract with long-term prospects.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be almost 100% remote with occasional travel within Europe.

The maximum rate we can pay for this role is €250 pr day.

Tasks:

• Manage periodical communications
• Monthly newsletter
• Announcements (new functionality, new users access)
• Prepare weekly “how to” 60 seconds clips
• Manage the project community on Microsoft Teams
• Prepare training materials and manage training library on Teams
• Monitor KPIs (onboarded users, usage statistics) to assess the success of the change management
• Assist in the preparation of management presentations and update materials as necessary

Specific skills/experience required:

• 5+ years Change and/or Communications Manager experience.
• 3+ years IT environment change management experience.
• Change management certification is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Candidates HAS to be located in Europe AND have an EU passport.
