Role Description

This is a Freelance opportunity for a Sourcing Magician, TLV or Remote. The Sourcing Magician will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and delivering top talents for a variety of roles within the technology and start-up sectors. Day-to-day tasks include using sourcing strategies, managing the sourcing pipeline, and attending internal meetings to understand hiring needs.

This is a project-based opportunity, and the work volume may vary - suitable for independent sourcing specialists.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Technical Recruiting of top talents for top tier roles.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess candidate fit, evaluate recruitment metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to work in a remote-first environment and self time management.
• Prior experience in recruitment for tech roles, especially within start-ups, is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
