About The Position

As part of our team, you will join as a Professional Services Engineer and become part of our dynamic Field and Networking support team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on-site with cutting-edge wireless infrastructure, supporting new site builds and maintaining existing ones. You will play a key role in ensuring our network operates flawlessly, contributing directly to the company’s success and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute new site build plans and perform ongoing maintenance on existing sites on location.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to production hardware infrastructure.
• Support the NOC team with link configuration, service management, and switch configuration.
• Build and activate new sites and links within defined timeframes, overcoming technical challenges.
• Ensure sites, links, and networks are fully operational after maintenance or installation to meet company KPIs.
• Act as a professional interface between NOC and R&D teams by analyzing and escalating issues effectively.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations to provide timely support and issue resolution.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Professional Services Engineer in communication companies.
• Strong networking experience, including configuring and troubleshooting network switches and routers, and knowledge of network protocols (DNS, DHCP, ARP, PING, TCP/IP, VPN, NAT).
• Proficient in Linux operating systems.
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve faults across multi-platform system environments, including production hardware, software infrastructure, and networks.
• Familiar with Python scripting.
• Strong hardware knowledge, including antennas and broadcasting equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical infrastructure related to Data Centers (e.g., PDU, UPS).
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with international teams and for preparing technical documentation
• Flexibility to travel up to 20%.
