PMO Team Manager – Leading Defense Power Solutions Company

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented PMO Team Manager to join a leading defense company specializing in the development and production of standard and custom power supplies for military, aerospace, and space applications.

This role requires a strong leader who not only manages from a high level but is deeply involved in the operational details—fully aware of each project’s status, customer needs, bottlenecks, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of PMOs, including task prioritization and workload distribution.
• End-to-end management of multiple technological projects—from initiation to delivery.
• Track and control project data, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and outputs.
• Define project goals and deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks, manage mitigation plans, and proactively address bottlenecks and issues.
• Ensure team members perform efficiently while continuously improving strategy and processes with customers.
• Directly manage customer-facing projects while also overseeing the PMO team (HO-level management).
• Work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
• Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Priority ERP, and additional digital systems.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.
• Proven experience in project management – mandatory.
• Experience managing a team of Project Managers/PMOs – mandatory.
• High-level English skills (spoken, written, reading) – mandatory.
• Experience leading complex projects, including data consolidation and monitoring – mandatory.
