Analytics engineer

🚀 We're Hiring: Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a talented Analytics Engineer to join our Data team . This role reports directly to the Project Manager at headquarters and works closely with the Digital Applications Manager.

If you’re someone who can take full ownership — from requirement gathering to development and delivery — this role is for you.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Develop a strong business understanding of manufacturing processes
• Perform hands-on development using dbt, AWS services, and Power BI
• Design and build dashboards and data models
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries
• Provide end-to-end service to internal customers
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality work within timelines

🧰 Tech Stack & Requirements

• Strong SQL skills — must
• Experience with dbt and AWS (Redshift required; S3, Lambda, Glue are a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX
• A “can-do” mindset and high service orientation
• Ability to estimate tasks and meet deadlines
• Advantage: familiarity with SAP and Pi
