About the Role
We are looking for a skilled LiveChat Implementation and Operations Specialist to take full ownership of our chat platform across all brands. This role is essential for improving service quality, reducing response times, and building a scalable and efficient chat operation aligned with our CRM and VIP processes.
You will oversee the full implementation of the system, develop the operational structure, define workflows and tagging, and ensure high service standards across all teams.
Responsibilities
Daily hands on work inside the LiveChat platform, reviewing live conversations, identifying player issues directly from the field, and driving immediate operational improvements.
Implement and configure the LiveChat system across all company brands.
Build the tagging structure, categories, and conversation routing logic.
Create performance dashboards and reports, including response time, satisfaction scores, and engagement metrics.
Collaborate with CRM, VIP, and Support teams to ensure smooth processes and alignment.
Train managers and teams on proper usage, communication standards, and best practices.
ng with LiveChat or similar platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk Chat, Tidio, etc.
Strong understanding of customer communication processes and service workflows.
Excellent English, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and capable of full ownership.
Ability to build processes from scratch and work with multiple stakeholders.
