Head of supply chain

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Global Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead and evolve core global functions: Service Operations & Planning, Global Procurement, and Global Logistics. This role is critical to shaping and executing the company’s supply chain strategy across a multi-national, multi-product technology organization.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead global Supply Chain strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth, customer needs, and operational capabilities.
• Own and optimize S&OP and Supply Planning processes to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and service readiness.
• Drive strategic procurement initiatives, supplier performance, and cost optimization across global operations.
• Oversee logistics and distribution networks, including transportation, trade compliance, and coordination teams.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects to enhance agility, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence decision-making through data-driven insights and supply chain intelligence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in global supply chain and operations within a complex, multi-national environment.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, procurement, logistics, and service operations.
• Strong analytical and execution capabilities, with experience in ERP and planning systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in English.
