The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all accounting, reporting, and monthly/annual financial close processes.
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Develop annual budgets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing financial insights.
  • Manage cash flow, financial forecasts, and long-term planning.
  • Work directly with the Board of Directors, presenting financial reports and business insights.
  • Oversee procurement, payroll, and collections functions to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support strategic decision-making through business-oriented financial analysis.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required.
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles.
  • Strong background in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors.
  • Broad business understanding and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Leadership experience managing finance-related teams and processes.
