Career Consultant (Part-Time, Remote)

I’m looking for a highly experienced Career Consultant to join me and help guide job seekers through their journey to finding a job in tech. This is a part-time, remote role, and you’ll receive direct, personal training from me to ensure you deliver world-class guidance to our candidates.

About the Role:

You will work closely with me to support candidates in improving their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, job search strategy, and interview skills. Your role is to help them stand out in a highly competitive market and achieve real results.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting for tech roles either in tech companies or tech-focused recruitment agencies
• Deep familiarity with tech positions, terminology, and hiring processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, guide, and support job seekers
• High level of English
• Self-managed, organized, and comfortable working remotely

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 career guidance to candidates
• Review and optimize resumes and LinkedIn profiles
• Prepare candidates for interviews, including technical role expectations
• Identify candidate strengths and create personalized job search strategies
• Track progress and maintain clear communication
• Work closely with me to maintain a high standard of service
