We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented team member who can test our learning products, solve tech issues, and support our users , all to help deliver a smooth and fun learning experience for kids around the world.
🧩 What You’ll Do
● Execute and document manual test plans across mobile and web platforms
● Perform regression, functional, and usability testing before releases
● Identify, track, and verify bug fixes using internal systems
● Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure new features meet top-tier quality standards
● Provide basic IT and technical troubleshooting for team tools, devices, and platforms
● Handle customer support requests, including troubleshooting issues, assisting with access or setup, and managing cancellations or account questions
● Report recurring issues and help improve our processes and user experience
💡 What You Bring
● Solid understanding of QA methodologies and test documentation
● Experience with manual testing for consumer-facing digital products
● Strong analytical and communication skills, and great attention to detail
● Ability to diagnose and resolve common tech issues (basic IT)
● Comfort interacting with customers via chat or email in a clear, empathetic way
● Familiarity with ticketing or bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Monday)
● English proficiency – a must
