Java backend developer

Job Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering
• 4+ years of development experience with Java. 
• Highly experienced Java developer
• Good knowledge in React//VUE.JS
• Experience with Java based application servers (Tomcat)
• Experience with both relational and non-relational DBs
• Knowledge in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Smart, interdisciplinary, fast learner, and a team player.
• Proven design skills, planning and development of new user-facing products and features
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both Hebrew and English
• Familiarity with Scrum and an Agile Development environment and tools like JIRA, etc.

Advantages:

• Understanding AWS deployments and tools
• Experience with Redis/ElasticCache
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or similar)
• Experience in B2C platforms development
• Experience in the Insurtech market
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
