Mechanical Engineer – Cleanroom HVAC Designer

A.D. Cleanrooms, a Katz company, specializes in the design, construction, and maintenance of cleanrooms and HVAC systems for advanced industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electronics, medical devices, and more.

We’re hiring a mechanical engineer/practical engineer to join our Design & Engineering team and work on advanced cleanroom HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Designing HVAC systems, including equipment layouts, ducts, piping, electricals and more

🔹 Preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and technical specifications

🔹 Pricing and preparing proposals for HVAC system design and construction

🔹 Specifying HVAC equipment units and components

🔹 Supervising project execution at the construction site

🔹 Collaborating with clients and project teams across disciplines (electrical, architectural, controls, etc.) and participating in technical meetings

What We’re Looking For:

✔ B.Sc. or practical degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

✔ Experience in HVAC system design, including creating drawings, specifications, and BOQs

✔ Experience working with clients

✔ Experience in cleanroom projects – an advantage

✔ Experience in cost estimation or pricing

✔ High-level English proficiency (written, spoken, and reading)

✔ Willingness to combine office and fieldwork

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit
