DevOps and Web Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor and optimize performance across multiple WordPress assets, including load times, uptime, and error detection.

● Implement website modifications and configurations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - including structural changes, content updates, and ad placements.

● Perform ongoing QA, maintenance, and plugin updates to ensure optimal performance.

● Manage domain acquisition, configuration, and new website deployments.

● Monitor and maintain core systems hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring stability and optimal performance.

● Develop and execute automated monitoring routines for system health - including load analysis, performance tracking, and error detection.

● Build automations using AI-based tools (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier) to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

● Create intelligent alerts and proactively resolve issues before they impact users and partners.

● Collaborate with customer management and product teams to ensure smooth technical operations.

Requirements:

➔ Strong DevOps orientation with quick learning ability - must.

➔ Experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS/JavaScript - must.

➔ 1-2 years of experience in a technical role (DevOps, QA, IT, or Web Operations) - Advantage.

➔ Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) - Advantage.

➔ Academic degree or relevant technical course - Advantage.

➔ Experience with automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) - Advantage.

➔ Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented.

➔ Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach.
