BI System Analyst

Job Description

Our IT department at Ceragon is seeking for a skilled and motivated BI Data Analyst & Project Manager to join our BI Team.

In 2026, Ceragon will embark on a strategic project to migrate to Oracle Fusion system as part of our journey to cloud.

BI team plays a significant and essential role in this project, as upon go-live, all reports and dashboards must be fully operational to ensure business continuity and enable the company to continue making data-driven decisions. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in driving data-driven decision-making across the company, working closely with business leaders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end BI projects - from requirements analysis, data modeling, source-to-target mapping to the implementation of impactful reports & dashboards.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and scope to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, senior leadership (including C-level executives) and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable and actionable data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems and business units.
• Stay updated on emerging BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a BI Data Analyst/ Project Manager in a large organization.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end BI projects.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with DWH and complex data models.
• Designing and implementing BI solutions.
• Familiarity with ETL & BI tools.
• Track record of working closely with business stakeholders and development teams.
