Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patent Attorney located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Patent Attorney will prepare, draft, and file patent applications, oversee patent prosecution, and evaluate patentability. Responsibilities also include conducting due diligence for IP-related transactions, collaborating with clients to understand their technical innovations, and offering strategic advice to protect intellectual property assets. The role requires working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment alongside a multidisciplinary team of experts.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Patent Applications and Patent Preparation, including drafting and filing processes.
• Strong knowledge of Patent Law, Patentability assessment, and legal frameworks surrounding intellectual property rights.
• Experience conducting Due Diligence for IP-related transactions and agreements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills to provide tailored advice to diverse clients.
• Israeli Patent Attorney license is required; additional international qualifications are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and a technical or scientific background, such as engineering or life sciences.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
