Data Engineer (Talend)

We are looking for a Data Engineer with experience in TALEND

for a financial organization located in Tel-Aviv.

Hybrid Model: 2 days from home.

Job Description:

• Developing ETL processes using Talend
• Developing data pipelines for the Salesforce platform
• Developing near real-time services for synchronizing information with the Salesforce system
• Reading data from various sources (Data Lake, Kafka, MongoDB)
• SQL-based data development and investigation
• Performing unit and integration testing
• Working with Artifactory in a multi-developer environment

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Talend – a must
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer – a must
• Familiarity with Salesforce – strong advantage
• Ability to read and write complex SQL queries
• Familiarity with DWH, Data Lake, and ETL/ELT processes
• Experience in Big Data, with emphasis on Hive
• Experience working with CI/CD processes
• Experience working with Control-M
• Familiarity with Quliup (Quilliup) – advantage
• Familiarity with the banking domain – advantage
• Responsibility, independence, organizational skills, initiative, diligence, and high energy
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow both technically and personally
• Ability to work in a team and excellent interpersonal skills
